Shipping Info: SHIPPING TIMES

Germany: Most in stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped,
please allow 2-5 business days to arrive.

Orders within Europe usually take 4-6 business days to arrive.
For international orders please allow 6 -14
business days for delivery.

Ordered items will be dispatched from Germany by German standard postal
services as registered mail after receipt of payment.
Return Policy: RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will honor returns and exchanges for up to 30 days
from the date we ship the items.

EXCHANGES

Send the items you would like to exchange back to us along with the original
invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your
records. Be sure to include a note with your phone number, a brief summary
as to why you are exchanging this merchandise (ex: too big, etc..).
Exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges. All returned
merchandise must be in its original condition.
